Realisasi program kerja dan anggaran harus benar-benar baik. Prodi PAI memperoleh predikat sangat baik, yakni 95% Program kerja terlaksana dalam Audit RKAT Tahun 2019. Program kerja yang terealisasi dengan sangat baik, dan serapan anggaran yang sedikit berarti semakin efisien dalam penggunaan anggaran. Kualitas tersebut selalu dijaga oleh Prodi PAI, demi meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program kerja.
